Cristes Maesse

Adeste fideles, laeti triumphantes

Venite, venite in Bethlehem

Natum videte regum angelorum

Venite adoremus, venite adoremus

Venite adoremus Dominum

What is the true meaning of Christmas, amidst the busy shopping and cash tills ringing in departmental stores, the street carolling, the colourful, dazzling christmas lights on Orchard road? Christmas, coming from “Criste Missae”, comes from old English which literally means “Mass of the Christ” . How interesting. (:

Let us not forget the story of Christmas true, the poor lowly and humble Saviour born from the Lady and continue to live our lives in joyful hope and love.
